From a business perspective, companies with a reputation for being LGBTQ+ inclusive are better equipped to attract and retain high-potential employees. Out Leadership’s Out to Succeed initiative found that 71% of LGBTQ+ employees rank employer reputation as very important when selecting a job, and nearly 100% of employees ranked reputation as at least somewhat important.
