DLA Piper joined Out Leadership 3 years ago this month. The multinational law firm is one of the largest in the U.S. and has ambitious goals for diversity and inclusion globally. In 2022, they received their 14th consecutive perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. The firm has also achieved Mansfield 4.0 Certified Plus status, indicating that, in addition to considering candidate pools made up of at least 30 percent diverse lawyers, the firm also achieved actual representation of at least 30 percent women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers and lawyers with disabilities in key leadership roles, partner promotions, and lateral hires.
