Their employee resource group for LGBTQ+ and ally employees, MLPRide, seeks to raise visibility and awareness for the community, and also to give back. Last year, Jane Barry-Moran, Out Leadership’s Director of Research and Program Strategy, did an allyship workshop with a group from WorldQuant (a Millennium subsidiary). Upon joining Out Leadership, John Novogratz, the Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations for the firm underscored the commitment, explaining that “It’s as important now as ever to empower people to bring their true selves to work, and we are glad to be one step closer to that reality.”
