We’re officially transatlantic! The world’s first and only Trans & Nonbinary Leadership Summit is making history once again—this time taking place simultaneously in New York and London.
With the support of our incredible partner, Deutsche Bank, and the guidance of our stellar co-chairs and Senior Advisors for Trans Initiatives, Mila Jam, Devin-Norelle, and Hannah & Jake Graf, Out Leadership will be celebrating Trans+ joy, visibility, and strength at our 2nd annual Summit.
The day begins with a supportive and empowering space reserved exclusively for trans and nonbinary leaders. Come camera-ready and start the morning with a professional headshot. Throughout the day, workshops and discussions will focus on building your personal brand, enhancing self-promotion and marketing skills, and strengthening leadership confidence through our OutVANTAGE™ Leadership Coaching. And plenty of opportunities for Q&A!
In the late afternoon, allies join in a show of unity, coming together for meaningful discussions and interactive workshops on the importance of reclaiming the narrative, strategies for staying motivated, and ways to combat feelings of hopelessness with the strength of community and support.
The eventful day winds down with a well-deserved cocktail reception–a time to relax and connect. Together, let’s make history (again)!
Our host, Deutsche Bank, is one of Out Leadership’s 6 founding members in 2011, and is rejoining our efforts in 2025. Deutsche Bank has demonstrated a commitment to LGBTQ+ equality through various initiatives, policies, and partnerships aimed at fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting broader LGBTQ+ rights, through various initiatives including dbPride, an internal LGBTQ+ network that provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies, promoting awareness and advocacy.
