This year alone, we brought together more than 2,000 leaders from 165+ organizations to 6 Summits and 51 events across four continents—from New York to Tokyo, London to Hong Kong, and even our first-ever summit in Toronto, including a groundbreaking first-of-its-kind Trans and Nonbinary Leadership Summit.
That’s 2000+ LGBTQ+ leaders from business, media, sports, advocacy and more, all sharing their stories, their strategies and incredible strength! We also published groundbreaking research, policy papers, thought leadership and newsletters, and appeared at multiple conferences and client events around the world. All with a small but mighty team of 12 people!
LGBTQ+ leaders and allies in business have been champions of change for decades, and we’re here to make sure that story gets told. This first-of-its-kind report clearly demonstrates the power of leadership to drive equality and create positive outcomes for all LGBTQ+ people worldwide.
