Wes Werbeck, who was previously Out Leadership’s Director of Advisory & Client Services and became its Chief Operating Officer at the beginning of 2018, has been named as one of the Business Equality Network’s 40 LGBTQ Leaders Under 40 for last year.
Designating Werbeck as an “Inclusive Business Leadership Champion,” BEQ noted that he has worked with nearly 70 multinationals and engaged CEOs in the conversation on how business can be a voice for equality in countries with anti-LGBT+ laws.
“Wes has been instrumental as Out Leadership has grown globally and matured into the leading network of LGBT+ business leaders and major companies,” said Todd Sears, Founder and Principal of Out Leadership. “I know I speak for our entire team when we say how proud we are to see Wes’ work recognized by the Business Equality Network, and how excited we are that he’ll be taking on additional responsibilities within our company going forward.”
