The second annual Out on the Street: Asia 2014 LGBT Leadership Summit, hosted by Stuart Gulliver, CEO of HSBC was held in Hong Kong on 9 December 2014 at the Conrad Hotel.
The summit brought together top executives from twenty-three member firms to explore “Return on Equality”; a concept central to Out on the Street and all Out Leadership initiatives that describes how corporations and their policies can bring about legal and cultural changes that both benefit the LGBT community and contribute to business results. As part of this, the summit explored business topics such as: Navigating global business and LGBT opportunity; Member firm innovations that enhance brand recognition; and Understanding the Ally Marketplace.
