FEMPRENEUR.XYZ is a new venture that seeks to help trans women and non-binary femmes to legally change their names and incorporate their businesses through pro bono workshops. “A name is a signature of who a person is,” Riley Hanson, Co-Founder and CTO of Inclusion Through Innovation (ITI), told TechCrunch.
Natalia Oberti Noguera, CEO of Pipeline Angels, which launched FEMPRENEUR.XYZ alongside the law firm Goodwin, has helped the company expand its reach by arranging a partnership with AerialSpaces, allowing the workshops to be streamed digitally.
Both Dr. Kortney Ziegler, founder of AerialSpaces, and Oberti Noguera spoke at the OutNEXT Global Summit, hosted by Barclays, in July 2016.
