Out Leadership announced that RBC Capital Markets will sponsor its talent accelerator OutNEXT globally for 2019.
OutNEXT is the global talent development program for the next generation of LGBT+ business leaders. Founded in 2014, it now features an annual Global Summit in New York, as well as regional Salons in London, Hong Kong and Sydney. Since inception, it has engaged more than 1000+ LGBT+ business leaders selected by Out Leadership member companies as high-potential and high-performing.
RBC Capital Markets joins Barclays and PwC as a global sponsor of OutNEXT. It will also be the exclusive sponsor of OutNEXT regional Salons in North America, new for 2019, as the accelerator continues to expand.
