Out Leadership’s State LGBT+ Business Climate Index and CEO Business Briefs seek to help C-Suite leaders understand and respond to these risks. Secondarily, we seek to inform and empower corporate executives to engage in conversations with economic development officials and other local stakeholders about why discrimination against LGBTQ+ people negatively impacts their ability to do business.
