Out Leadership promotes three team members, hiring five open roles

NEW YORK, December 6th, 2021. 

Out Leadership, the oldest and largest coalition of global companies working to improve LGBTQ+ equality globally, is delighted to announce three promotions. Kenya Simon has been promoted to Director, Member Experience, Jane Barry-Moran to Director, Research and Program Strategy, and Kelly Ver Haeghe to Events Associate. 

Kenya Simon will oversee and deepen the relationship with all 90+ Out Leadership member firms. In her prior position as Manager, Member Relations, Simon was instrumental in expanding Out Leadership’s relationships with new and existing members. Jane Barry-Moran has been promoted to Director, Research and Program Strategy. Barry-Moran has successfully delivered several marquee Out Leadership research reports, including AllyUP and the inaugural OutQUORUM research report, as well as managing Out Leadership’s relationship with over 30 global LGBTQ+ nonprofit partners. In addition to their promotions, both Simon and Barry-Moran will become the new Co-Chairs of Out Leadership’s OutWOMEN initiative. 

Kelly Ver Haeghe has been promoted from Events Coordinator to Events Associate. Ver Haeghe has been pivotal in delivering more than 300 virtual events in 2020 and 2021.
