Luigi Lewin joins Out Leadership as Director of Sales

Todd Sears, Founder and Principal of Out Leadership, today announced that Luigi Lewin is joining Out Leadership as Director of Sales.

Luigi spent over 24 years in the investment banking industry, with experience in operations, client services, prime brokerage, and sales. Most recently, he was the co-head of Client Services, Prime Services (Americas) at Credit Suisse.

Luigi began his career at Morgan Stanley and spent more than 10 years there, taking progressively more senior roles in New York, Tokyo, and London. Subsequently, he ran operations for Barclays Capital’s institutional sales teams in New York and its US branch offices. While at Barclays, he led Spectrum, its Americas LGBT Employee Network, and was appointed to the bank’s Global Leadership Academy.

Luigi was co-chair of the Oberlin College Lambda Alumni Association and served on the school’s Alumni Executive Board. He is a member of the National Board of Governors of the Human Rights Campaign; in that capacity he has co-chaired its annual New York Gala for the past 2 years and is currently co-chair of its Greater NY Steering Committee.

“Luigi’s varied and distinguished professional background, coupled with the tremendous leadership he’s demonstrated in the LGBT+ business community over the years, make him the ideal person to lead our Sales team as we continue to diversify our global offering,” said Sears.

“I could not be more excited to join Out Leadership, the global LGBT+ business network CEOs trust,” said Lewin. “Todd and his team have developed a proven model that brings together thought leadership, talent initiatives, and advisory resources designed to promote the positive and lasting business impact of LGBT+ inclusion. As Out Leadership continues to scale its offerings across an ever growing network of industries, I am pleased to help strategically grow its platform of Member firms and roster of global Sponsors.”
