Leader of Poland’s ruling party condemns pride marches as election looms

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of Poland’s conservative ruling party Law and Justice, spoke out against LGBT+ pride marches, calling them “traveling theater” that undermines traditional Catholic values.

“We are the ones who are harmed by this, it must be unmasked and discarded,” Kaczynski said at a party gathering, where he also expressed gratitude toward a Polish archbishop who called LGBT+ activists a “rainbow plague.”
