IBM tops LGBT+ workplace survey for the third year in a row

Workplace Pride Foundation released its Global Benchmark Survey, and for the third year in a row, IBM has topped the list. Dow and Shell placed second and third, respectively.

IBM is a sponsor of Out Leadership’s initiative convening and celebrating LBT+ women in business, OutWOMEN.

Started in 2013, the Global Benchmark Survey tracks a company’s progress on LGBT+ inclusion. Over the last three years, companies on the list have all shown improvements in their LGBT+ policies and practices. Companies submit themselves for evaluation; 30 companies were on measured in this report.

Each evaluation was carried out with support from the University of Leiden.
