Out Leadership announced that global marketing communications company FCB has joined as a member company for 2019. Out Leadership and FCB have partnered on original market research into American workers’ attitudes toward LGBT+ inclusion at work, top-line results of which are incorporated into the 20 U.S. State CEO Business Briefs launching at Out Leadership’s 2019 U.S. Summit on Wednesday, May 1.
“We are proud to join Out Leadership as one of its first creative partners, joining a list of some of the world’s most admired and respected companies,” said Carter Murray, Worldwide CEO, FCB. “As a network long committed to inclusion, we at FCB see this not just as a moral stance, but as a business imperative, and are excited to partner with Out Leadership on important research to help promote equality for the LGBTQ community within the business world. We are impressed by the work Out Leadership is doing to advance these ideas not only in the US, but around the world, and look forward to working intentionally to create a more inclusive environment where all people and ideas can thrive.”
“Out Leadership is honored to welcome FCB as a member company,” said Todd Sears, Founder and Principal, Out Leadership. “Their senior management has demonstrated their deep commitment to LGBT+ equality and inclusion not just by joining our membership but by partnering with us on groundbreaking thought leadership from the outset. Our work together has already produced vital insights into the LGBT+ experience at work in the United States. We can’t wait to unveil the first taste this week, and the full results in this fall.”
