Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends 2017 published

Deloitte has published its 2017 Human Capital Trends survey, and the number of executives citing inclusion as a top priority has risen 32 percent since 2014.

The survey also finds that 80% of respondents said that diversity and inclusion play a significant role in the company’s employment brand.

Moreover, 78% of respondents think D&I is a competitive advantage, with 39% saying it’s a significant competitive advantage, yet only 6% of companies tie compensation to diversity outcomes.
