Henkel expands DE&I resources and support
Out Leadership welcomes Henkel as its newest member
New York, NY and Rocky Hill, CT – Out Leadership, the oldest and largest coalition of global companies working to improve LGBTQ+ equality in the world, has welcomed Henkel, the company behind well-known brands such as Loctite® adhesives, Dial®, Schwarzkopf® hair care, all® laundry detergent, and Snuggle® fabric softeners, as its latest member in 2021.

ERGs are employee-led groups that create a sense of belonging and safe places for discussions, facilitate networking, enhance career development, and build community. They are open to all employees.
