Capital One will sponsor access to the Ten Thousand Coffees networking platform for Out Leadership’s talent accelerators OutNEXT and OutWOMEN

Out Leadership today announced that Capital One will build on its support for groundbreaking programs that engage and develop LGBT+ talent by sponsoring access to the Ten Thousand Coffees platform for participants in OutNEXT and OutWOMEN, talent accelerators focused on LGBT+ emerging leaders and women in business, respectively.

Ten Thousand Coffees facilitates meaningful connections between professionals, bridging experience levels, industry focus and geographies to enable participants to build stronger, more diverse networks.

“OutNEXT and OutWOMEN participants regularly cite the value of the networks they build through participation in our Talent Accelerator programs, providing opportunities for business development, mentorship, and more. In fact, 96% of OutNEXT participants believe that networking and mentoring are important to their current and future career opportunities,” said Paul Wendel, Manager of Talent Accelerators, Out Leadership. “This partnership with Capital One and Ten Thousand Coffees will directly contribute to helping LGBT+ talent expand their networks and have valuable mentorship experiences.”

“Capital One is proud to sponsor a digital platform that will meaningfully enhance OutNEXT and OutWOMEN’s ability to build global networks of high-performing LGBTQ+ professionals, thereby advancing their missions,” said Kaleen Love, Vice President, Capital One. “Capital One has a strong belief that embracing diversity is critical to getting the best talent, and that this partnership advances our commitment to creating visible pathways to leadership for people from all backgrounds.”
