This Module titled “Understanding Our Resiliency as LGBT+ Leaders” will focus on the idea of resiliency during challenging times, communicating your strengths, and best practices in self-care. OutNext continues to be a groundbreaking and first-of-its-kind talent accelerator program for LGBT+ emerging leaders. We ask our member firms to nominate high-performing leaders from their organizations to join.
