Todd Sears, Founder & CEO of Out Leadership welcomes Jeroen Ouwehand to this week’s Leadership Lounge episode. Since January 2019, Jeroen has been the Global Senior Partner of Clifford Chance following an election to this role by the Clifford Chance global partnership.

With the firm since 1992, partner since 2000, former head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution in Amsterdam and in Continental Europe and former Managing Partner of the Clifford Chance Amsterdam office. As of 1 January 2019 the Firm’s Global Senior Partner. Jeroen is an active ally of the Firm’s LGBTI+ network called Arcus and won the National Ally of the Year award in the Netherlands in 2015. Jeroen holds a Master of Laws degree from Leiden University in the Netherlands and wrote his graduation thesis at the University of Seville, Spain. Jeroen speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
