Allyn continues to be instrumental breaking down barriers for under represented groups. Aboard member of Out and Equal, Allyn spearheaded one of the first–ever transgender recruiting efforts of its kind in Banking. He was also among the first set of executives of African descent to launch the Black Executive Leadership Council at Bank of America and has been actively involved in the intersection of tech and diversity with Out in Tech, Lesbians who Tech and Out 4U. As an elected member of the Victory Campaign Board, Allyn is also active in giving Queer voices to public office through the work of Victory Fund.
Allyn is currently the President and CTO of RTS, a waste and recycling management company that combines technology with high–touch service to make disposal more accessible, smarter, and more environmentally responsible
Marysharon Owens – Head of Global Creative Studio| IlluminaFounder | MShare Consulting, LLC
Prior to founding MShare Consulting, LLC and standing up the Global Creative Studio at Illumina, a market leader in genomics sequencing, Marysharon led clients from Fortune 50 companies and early–stage ventures to leverage brand as a lens for corporate strategy as Executive Director of Business Transformation Consulting atR/GA.PrecedingR/GA, Marysharon built an inHouse creative agency as Senior Vice President ofGlobal Marketing atBank of America, led customer experience as Global Director of DigitalBusiness & Branding Strategy at Smiths Group, plc and advanced business results across all media channels as Managing Account Director and Creative Strategist at Target Corporation. Previous to Target, Marysharon led Product Management and Professional Services for startup initiatives at American Well, a venture–backed Healthcare technology startup, and Microsoft’s New England Research and Development (N.E.R.D) Center in Cambridge, MA.

Recently an executive in Richard Branson’s family office, Virgin Management, and previously an aviation and telco marketing specialist, Mark is now on a mission to put what he’s learned from corporate life(and quite often what he hasn’t learned) to good use. Seeing life in pictures and words, he is passionate about purposeful brand building, ultimately sparking a world of understanding, kindness and well being for all. John Basnage – Managing Director, Full Circle Capital & Founding Partner, Deed.Partners
John is Managing Director at Full Circle Capital, a London–based private investment firm with a focus on direct principal investment opportunities that offer attractive risk–adjusted returns across the full spectrum of private equity in the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. Before joining Full Circle Capital, John advised on M&A and private equity transactions in New York, London and Paris, most recently as a partner at Hogan Lovells, where he headed the US corporate securities practice and was co–head of equity capital markets in Europe. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he practiced at Freshfields and Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells. John has been an active angel investor for a number of years, with a focus on fin tech and other disruptive technologies. He co–founded an angel investing network in London, which has invested in over 50 companies.
