The publisher Chambers and Partners honored a number of law firms and individuals associated with Out Leadership at their inaugural Chambers Diversity Awards USA 2016, held earlier this month.
Out Leadership member law firm Greenberg Traurig received honors as the “Outstanding Firm for Furthering Diversity and Inclusion.” Shortlisted in the same category were OL member firms Hogan Lovells and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Greenberg Traurig, Hogan Lovells, and Sullivan & Cromwell were all also shortlisted in the “Most Inclusive Firm for LGBT Lawyers” category.
Lisa Linsky, a member of the OL leadership committee and partner at McDermott Will & Emery, was named “LGBT Equality Lawyer of the Year.” Randy Bullard of Greenberg Traurig was also nominated in the category. Adam Sofen of Sullivan & Cromwell received an individual honor in the “Future Leader – LGBT Equality” category. Daniel Franklin of O’Melveny & Myers was shortlisted in the category.
