New heights, new perspectives: OutWOMEN leading change

Pamela Carlton, co-founder of the Everest Project, will share highlights from the 2016 “Eve of Change” report, which chronicles the ways in which women leverage their backgrounds and perspectives to lead change and innovation.

We’ll also share an inside look at OutWOMEN, Out Leadership’s newly launched initiative to connect LGBT senior level women executives and celebrate their powerful leadership contributions. Out Leadership’s Stephanie Sandberg will discuss her work building the initiative; the dialogue will also include key OutWOMEN participants from Out Leadership member companies.
